As a senior business leader and advisor with over 20 years of transactional experience spanning the globe, Sarah combines her legal expertise with practical business acumen. Having spent half of her career as senior in-house counsel, she knows first-hand the challenges that general counsel face. Sarah is driven by her work on strategic transactions that help businesses grow as well as those that allow business owners to realise the value of their hard work. From providing capital raising or commercial advice to start-ups or other SMEs, to navigating complex international M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration, Sarah brings a high standard of integrity and focus to each matter.

Sarah is the Chair of the Women in Business Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand, and is an Advisory Board member of Flipview Limited.
